# Modify Order

### Make a request to modify the parameters of an order.
You can request changes to an order, such as the trigger price for a Stop or Limit order.
> *Note*: This is no guarantee that the order can be modified in the way requests. Market, exchange and logical rules apply.

## Authentication

- `Authorization` header (bearer token, required) — Bearer authentication of the form `Bearer <token>`, where token is your auth token.

This endpoint expects a ModifyOrder.

- `orderType` (enum, required) — Limit, LimitIfTouched, MIT, Market, QTS, Stop, StopLimit, TrailingStop, TrailingStopLimit
  - Allowed values: `Limit`, `LimitIfTouched`, `MIT`, `Market`, `QTS`, `Stop`, `StopLimit`, `TrailingStop`, `TrailingStopLimit`
- `clOrdId` (string, optional)
- `price` (double, optional)
